Inspector Gadget (Inspector Gadget)John Wayne Gacy and Ted Bundy were both put in jail due to the hard work of detectives, as were a host of other criminals and crumb-bums. Inspector Gadget doesn't really do anything. His niece, Penny (who I had quite the crush on when I was a kid-got to love them cartoon honeys), does all the work.
