boyonbroadway is looking for a career that will allow him to have prestige. He doesn't want to work hard, and values continued learning. He enjoys Arts and Writing, and is good at helping people.
Professor Sherman Klump (The Nutty Professor) Professors have found a way to never get a job: they just stay in school until they are dead. Klump, at least, is one of those professors who does a lot of research and work outside of his job, which amuses his entire family.
Inspector Gadget (Inspector Gadget) John Wayne Gacy and Ted Bundy were both put in jail due to the hard work of detectives, as were a host of other criminals and crumb-bums. Inspector Gadget doesn't really do anything. His niece, Penny (who I had quite the crush on when I was a kid-got to love them cartoon honeys), does all the work.
Dr. Finn Dandridge (Grey's Anatomy) Veterinarians cure sick or injured animals. Dr. Finn Dandridge lived out in a cabin and still got a beautiful girl. Do you think it was because his outdoorsy mentality was charming? No, it was because he was a vet and girls like cute animals.
Lucille (Sin City) Probation and parole officers look after people on probation or parole. In Sin City, Lucille is Marv's parole officer and friend (this doesn't happen often, I assure you), and everything goes swimmingly until some crazy guy eats her hand and she gets shot... bummer.
Ron Burgundy (Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy) News anchors are the men and women who report the news nightly on television. Ron Burgundy is so good at his job that he always blindly recites the news script on the teleprompter. This, of course, led to his famous slip up: "You stay classy, San Diego. I'm Ron Burgundy???"
