They have dates to tell you when you can apply. Don't apply when you cant apply.

Are you going into twelfth grade this fall? If so, then apply early! A lot (but certainly not all) of early applicants get accepted. By applying early you're showing Shippensburg that you care. Best of Luck!

I agree with Sam, I mean you shouldn't apply when you can't. It is a simple mistake that a lot of people make. I did with one of my schools, and it was brutal waiting. So if you don't want to wait, then don't apply when their not taking apps.

I disagree with Margarita92 because the college admissions officers told me themselves that they don't apply "special" consideration if you apply early. I mean if you're under ED then that's fine. If it's not your only school, then don't. But the officers said they don't put any kind of bias in the whole process, so.... Good luck anyway!
