Im a junior in high school.I havent taken my SATs yet, or havent gotten any scholarships(yet!) My percent rank is 2. I really want to get inot a good college, even if its expensive I want it to be worth it :-]
so...any advice?

- do your research on schools in your state or wherever. ( depending how far you want to go.)

big advice: make sure that when applying to colleges in the fall have at least 2 "safety schools" that you love and would go to if they were the only two schools you were accepted to.
Don't apply to ONLY top competitive schools because if you get rejected or waitlisted from them, you will be screwed. Schools have been sooo selective this year, and it is only getting worse as more and more kids apply each year.

Most schools require the SAT or ACT. Don't make your list of choice colleges too long. A max of 10 is best. Collegeboard.com is a great website to check out. The final decision is usually determined when you actually go on the tour of the campus.
