I come from a french lycee but localised in Quebec and I want to go to columbia, I have a 15/20 average but I did a "quebecor SAT and I got 90/100" basically it is that all high schools do the exact same exam to then compare the schools difficulty.

So can I do it ?

Nobody's going to care about your scores ten years from now. Just go where it's cheapest.
