Appraiser: Hooray for Divorce, My One Respite
Getting licensed to be an appraiser is a breeze: you attend a class, it takes a couple of weeks, and then you take a test, which is easy if you paid any attention in the class. The job is to estimate the value of a piece of real estate, assess property tax, confirm that a person has adequate collateral for mortgages, and other such things. I’m not quite a real estate agent and not quite a banker, but somewhere in between the two.

Real Estate Agent: Commercial Leasing Associate
If you do not have a background in Real Estate, there is definitely a learning curve. If you can be patient and push through the first 6 to 8 months, it will all come together.
