Professional Athlete: Go for the Gold

Introduction
You any good? If you got no skills, then find something else to do, because you only make money if you bring something to the table. I play in the Minor Leagues, a shortstop, and I’m good. If your good, practice and get better…if your not any good, go be a tax attorney.

Job Function
You got to win, that’s all. If you win more than you lose, then you can live off of it. I don’t care what your sport is, if you play basketball, run track, box, play pool, if you ride bulls, it doesn’t matter what, if you win, you can make a living on it. Only problem, there always comes a time when you win less and less, when time turns against you, and you start to lose, it happened to Michael Jordan. Advertisement
Lifestyle
Plenty of travel, sometimes too much of it, but you get to party hard. It’s not all fun and games, you got to train, you got to be prepared come game time, but when you do get to let loose, boy, you really get to let loose.
