Rob Williams - How I got started in telecommunications

Throughout high school Rob knew that though he got good grades, university was not for him. He enjoyed working with his hands, problem-solving and trying to understand how things work. Rob later realized that his decision to participate in the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP) instead of going to college or university was the best decision he ever made. Rob's story is part of a new program through the Peel District School Board called Making My Way. This program helps teens discover their true passion and make career choices.
