College Overview: Eastern Michigan

Eastern Michigan: Looking for somplace loud? Look no further!
If you are thinking about Eastern you should like a loud environment with a very diverse campus. I chose this school because it had the major that I wanted and it was one of the best schools for it. There really is not any particular type of person that you should stay away from, everyone is very nice and welcoming.

Eastern Michigan: EMU: cheap tuition, cheap quality.
I chose Eastern Michigan University because it provided me with a cheap oportunity to get a degree while being very close to the fabulous city in Michigan, Ann Arbor. Eastern Michigan: Lackluster School With Few Strong Points
When looking at this school, it's important to be very focused on your particular career. There are only a few fields offered here that are actually any good. The statistics about Eastern Michigan University lie. Unless you are going into a music field (most noteably Music Education), EMU is a waste of your time and your money. Eastern Michigan: I like it here at EMU
I am from Ohio and I wanted to go to an out-of-state college. Eastern Michigan has reciprocity with some school in Ohio, which means that all Ohio students can attend EMU for in-state tuition. I would say that this college is for anyone who would prefer an intimate setting, because even though it is a medium-size school, it has a small feel to it. It's close to both Ann Arbor and Detroit.

Eastern Michigan: IM Sports
Our school is totally underrated. The professors are really awesome. They will always help you. If you are looking for a big drug school stay away there isnt a ton of that here. I chose it because it was basically the best bang for your buck in the state of Michigan. My biggest piece of advice is live in the dorms first semester and check out greek life.

Eastern Michigan: A school for the underprivileged and underachievers
I chose this school because of its location and its high acceptance rates. If you live in the Southeast Michigan area and you have awful grades, this is the school for you. Otherwise, go somewhere that involves a serious education.
