George Mason is a BIG school. 40,000 students and growing, and you will get a chance to meet them all on your hike/journey to class. On average, it takes me 15 mins to get to class from the dorms. my advice is to invest in a good pair of sneakers and avoid at all cost trying to look cute in heels, upper classmen WILL look at you all crazy like. this was my backup school. id advise highschool students not to take the engineering courses here because i believe the professors for it are terrible. also i would advise not to take NCC because its credits do not transfer well at all the the whole program seems like a scam. people who do not like diveristy or the city should stay away.
