I found Skidmore in the Ruggs book that rates colleges by their strengths in different majors. It was an extremely helpful book.

Skidmore: Loooove it
I loved this school...the size was great, definitely a feeling of community without being too too small. There are a lot of different people here from artists to athletes.

Skidmore: Small Liberal Arts
Skidmore is a great college if you are looking for a small liberal arts college with small classes that translates into a lot of interaction with students and faculty. For me, I knew going into college. This is what I wanted in a school and Skidmore definitly provided that type of learning environment for me. Also, Saratoga Springs is an amazing town, and although it is not a city, it still has so much to offer and really is an integral part of my college experience.
