UNLV: UNLV is NOT great
Dont choose it unless you want to go down the business or medical line. Everything else is pretty much shit. I cant believe they have aspiring film students here. No offense, but you will be C list for the rest of your life if you so choose to come here.

UNLV: UNLV I Love it!
UNLV is a large school in a large city. It is in the middle of town so if you don't like being arround a lot of people then it is not the place for you. Also, UNLV is about change and innovation so if you love old things and keeping with tradition then it is not for you, but if you love new ideas and making change then UNLV is your school. Make sure that you know the admissions requirements because they have recently changed and made it more competitive to get in. I originally chose UNLV f...

UNLV: UNLV is awesome...
I wanted a school on or near the west coast but still far enough from home to be away at college. It is decent academically but they are right when they say it is commuter school, our student communited from all over the greater Las Vegas area. If you want a "typical" college experience then don't come here, but if like being outside the norm then send in your stuff.

Anyone that really wants a college experience or a community feeling in their school should NOT come here. You're pretty much on your own, people don't really talk to each other in class. Also, if you have no clue whatsoever about how to get around in college or how to pay loans etc...do NOT come her...

UNLV: UNLV ROCKS
UNLV is known as a commuter school however we are growing in numbers every year. Currently UNLV has over 29,000 students. Many people that come to UNLV think ooohhhh Las Vegas, seems like such a party school, but I'd like to inform everyone that UNLV is in the process of changing its policies to up the GPA for students to strive for academic excellence. Also as a first year student I would reccomend living in the dorms. I never did and I really wish I did. You meet so many people and...
