UTEP - UT El Paso: UTEP!
Most of the people that attend UTEP are Mexican- American and El Paso natives. If you are looking for a medium-sized, hot, safe, prodominately hispanic city, El Paso is the place for you. UTEP is a good school for the price. Other schools that charge the same to do not match the campus beauty and academic opportunites. There is also a nice fitness center with two pools, and another gym called the memorial gym, which offers many fitness classes and two basketball courts. The campus library is big...
