BU = great choice!

Introduction
BU, by far, is best located in Boston. Students here are active in the community and have fun. If you like to do community service, this is the BEST place to be as the opportunities throughout Boston are endless. If you are looking for an easy school don't come here. You work your ass off for decent grades. Get to know your professors, as this will help substantially come grade time.

Campus Life and Social Life
There are a lot of campus sponsored activities. Students who want to get wasted every weekend can find the opportunity to do so, but there is plenty non-alcoholic activities to satisfy those who do not on campus and throughout the city. Boston is BU's greatest asset. The new fitness and recreation center is always busy, but was built to accommodate such a great health-conscious student population. Academics
Workload is just right. While most professors curve grades, don't expect that to help much. Students at BU are smart and hard working and grade inflation does NOT happen here. Professors are great and the TA's are wonderful. If BU wasn't directly across the river from MIT and Harvard, I think BU's excellent academic reputation would be better known.

Student Body
Campus is spread out over a couple miles of Commonweatlh Ave, so campus lacks a central meeting place.

In Closing...
I have transfered twice..BU is the best, and I'm proud to be a BU grad!
