BYU is great
IntroductionBYU is a great environment. It has a lot of things that other schools don't have, and you have to expect that going into the situation. If you're considering BYU, you should stay away if you're not able to live up to the moral standards required. I chose to go BYU because it was a chance to be around other LDS students, which is probably the most attractive thing that the school has to offer.
Campus Life and Social LifeSocial life can be a lot of fun. Most people are looking to have a good time, but then again, we are the most conservative university out there. Everyone is always down for doing something.

AcademicsSchool is tough. BYU has high standards for their academics, which is great for getting a job, but tough for going to school. The business program is impressive and popular. Most of the professors are fairly good, but it's hit and miss on the bad ones.
Student BodyStudents are from all over the place. The college is very cosmopolitan, which provides the "typical" student with a lot of cultural resources. The great thing about BYU is that their is so many social structures to choose from.
In Closing...BYU is a great school if you're LDS, but would be a rough adjustment for anyone who is not.
