The hidden jewel of Pennsylvania

Introduction
Many people have the misconception that once you enter through the gates of Bryn Mawr you'll never see the male sex ever again. NOT TRUE!!!! Many boys from Haverford a.k.a. Haverboys and Swarthmore come to BMC to attend classes, events, parties, and a lot come just to eat at our dinning halls. The fact that BMC is an all-womens school should not be the reason you decide not to go there, in fact, it should be the reason why you decide to attend. BMC takes pride in the fact that it supplies exceptional women with the tools needed to succeed in what sadly seems to be a man's world. At BMC everyone is treated equally no matter what your race, gender, or beliefs are there's always a place for you here.

Campus Life and Social Life
BMC is not known for it's parties; however, that's no necessarily a bad thing. Because Haverford, Swat, Villanova, UPenn, Drexel, etc. are so close that finding a party to go to ANY time of the week is no endeavor. This is good because having a party on campus may deride you from your studies if your working on something or it may just really annoy you having to listen to blasting music while doing something else. Though most parties are off-campus, BMC is famous in the area for it's Halloween party where everone on campus goes all out!

Academics
Academics at BMC are diverse and challenging. BMC strives on improving it's students by othering intense courses that will eventually greaten your performance as a student. If BMC doesn't have your major there's nothing to fear because the tri-co & UPenn allow more options esp. for indecisive students such as myself.

Student Body
The atmosphere at BMC is pretty chill. When I say that I mean everyone is pretty nice, profs are understanding, and there's always someone to sit with at lunch. BMC has a peer mentor on each floor of every dormitory. The peer mentor helps with studying tips, scheduling, stress, conflict resolution, or if you just want someone to rant to they're available.

In Closing...
Bryn Mawr College is a great place and it takes an exceptional young woman to agree to become part of the Bryn Mawr community.
