Individuals bring the school up

Introduction
To begin on an honest tip, CSUSB is for high school students and community college transfer students that want to pursue an education and career, but don't want to put the effort forth to living up to their potential. Without discounting the fact that the school offers a broad selection of majors and is fairly respected in its own locale, its actually easy to get into for the students who want to succeed but don't give it their extra umph. So if your looking for an "above average challenge", CSUSB might not be the place. However, that probably applies to the undergrad atmosphere. The graduated programs, and other concentrated programs such as nursing, are actually a challenge.

Campus Life and Social Life
If you're looking for a party school, this one is not it. There's not much to do other than go out to clubs, or go out drinking with your group. Other than that, the dorms are small, most students either live in nearby apartments, or commute. Still, LA is only 45 min away. Advertisement
Academics
Depending on the major, the classes generally are'nt too dificult to achieve the 4.0. Some department are more challenging than others. The business school is supposedly one of the higher ranked in the Inland Empire area. Workloads are manageable if you stay in tune with curriculum, but most students find that the professors want to help students succeed, rather than challenge students to the point of questioning their potential to succeed.

Student Body
The good thing about CSUSB is that the students appreciate it as a their own. There is definitley a Greek life, and the majority of students try to sustain spirit. Freshmens usually feel the experience more than the transfers. The campus is very diverse as well.

In Closing...
If your looking to get the university experience, but you're more of an ABC kind of student, CSUSB should accomodate your goals. The campus is beautiful, the air is clean because of the location, and the student body is meager to continue improving.
