Give it a chance

Rating: 2/5 (71 ratings)
Introduction
There has been much talk about how "Case sucks" and how "you can't wait to get outta here." These comments are usually from the students who in fact make the school seem to "suck". These students don't get involved in sports, theater, student groups, undergraduate government, or any of the hundreds of other activities that are available. These sorry ass losers spread the word that Case sucks and don't do anything to improve their experience. These students sit in their rooms and complain 24/7, so obviously they think life at Case is terrible. So my advice is to give it a chance, it will grow on you and you will find that the university is fun and a good college atmosphere.

Campus Life and Social Life
The greek life, by far, is the best way to be social and party. Of course if you aren't into that, there are plenty of other students who enjoy chilling and hanging out.

Weekends are sometimes slow in the winter (haven't figured out why yet), but I found that the simple solution to a slow night is to throw a party and trust me, people find out (it's a small school) and sooner or later, you'll have an insane party.

Sports are not the biggest part of Case, as we are D3 and the athletic department is no help as they recently cut some of the best varsity teams. Hockey however is the best sport the school has, and is always a fun time.

Academics
Academics are very good, however for the few humanities and liberal arts students such as myself, we are overlooked. Our departments are small, but solid.

Student Body
The typical student follows this saying... "work hard, play hard."

In Closing...
Stop bitching: it's a good school and only the losers who don't have a life think that it sucks.
