Introduction
Beautiful campus and best dorms around. It's great and it's only going to get better. There's going to be so many new buildings, and our professors are top rate. They really do know their students by first name. The college is not that diverse and a little on the conservative/ moderate side as it remains a dry campus.

Campus Life and Social Life
There's so many great spots nearby including Patrick Henry Mall, numerous restaurant, clubs, downtown Norfolk, and beaches. The campus does tend to die down on the weekends, because all of the parties have to be off campus for the alcohol. You need to know where to go and you need to be able to get there. CAB (campus activities board) has free movies, comedians, and other events planned each weekend for on campus. Our sports are really good for our division.
Academics
"Great" departments: Business, communications, biology is improving, theatre?
Departments that "suck": No nursing program offered, not much for engineering

President Trible is so picky with professors, so they are really great.
The class sizes remain so small that there isn't a need for TAs.
The workload is bearable.
