Introduction
High school doesn't prepare you for college and you'll notice it the first week you are here. Most professors here don't play, it's hard work. The school of Math and Sciences is incredible. It is hard to keep up with the work but it's worth it in the end.

Campus Life and Social Life
Sports here are pretty low key. You have the basketball team which is actually pretty good. Then you have the off the wall sports like the ultimate frisbee team. The parties are great and there are plenty of them. Good luck getting into the clubs because they are super strict and can spot a fake I.D. from a mile away. A good thing is that you are in the middle of downtown Charleston so there is plenty to do if you have the money. Lots of clubs and bars and lots of crazy parties.

Academics
All of the programs are great and they are all really challenging. Stay away from chemistry if you can because it's hard.

Student Body
Well there are three girls for every guy at this school so that's really nice. The school has a set standard for in state and out of state students, 60% in state and 40% out of state. Most of the students are from South Carolina but you get a lot of people from Maryland and Virginia for some reason.

In Closing...
Great school, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a good time and learn something too. Public Safety is everywhere too so you never have to worry about something happening. If you call them they are there in just a few minutes for whatever reason. They will even give you a ride at night if you don't want to walk alone. It's a great program and they do a really good job. The school is really safe and you'll feel safe here.
