Truth About ERAU

Introduction
Don’t dump your girlfriend before you come here. I chose this school for its flying expertise. I also picked it for its location, Florida is warm and the beach is cool. The person who wants a normal college life shouldn’t come. This place is different. I would recommend making friends with the coolest people you can find. Groups of people do not go out on the weekends.

Campus Life and Social Life
Partying is actually not bad for the amount of males we have on campus. It's always the same people at parties no matter who is throwing it. I would rate the partying at a c+. The sports teams here are mostly a joke; what is the naia? We don’t have a contact sports team that gives out scholarships. Clubs include skydiving, scuba, rugby, sailing and chess. If you want a club here you could probably start it or find it. Advertisement
Academics
The non-major classes are rather easy... if you go to class you probably won't fail... the engineering department is good and the new airtraffic labs are also amazing. Things that suck are attendance policies for a lot of classes... My professors seem to like me and they will help you out if you are willing to ask for it.

Student Body
Typical student here is not attractive, momma's child who has never seen a beer before college. Students come from anywhere in the world; we are really international ... everyone’s into airplanes. If you are I would say this school's for you.

In Closing...
Keep your eyes open to other ideas before you come to ERAU. It fits some people like a glove but many people drop out or change majors early in their 4-6yrs here. If you are worried about college debt then I would recommend some place else.
