all around good school

Introduction
Depending on what you want Indiana State could be the school for you. If your looking for something mid-sized, with small class sizes, caring professors, accessible campus, good social environment and affordable than this is great. However, if your looking for prestige or a huge campus you might want to look elsewhere.

Campus Life and Social Life
For a school this size, it's hard to beat the party scene at ISU. You can find parties every night of the week if you want. Homecoming is something to experience. Greek Life is also fairly strong. Our sports teams are not exactly powerhouse but games are free. There are student organizations and clubs for everyone. Advertisement
Academics
Most profs are very caring. Some of the programs at Indiana State are rated among the nations best. Aviation, nursing, insurance and risk management, and elementary and special education are all excellent here. I'm not too sure about the other majors.

In Closing...
Be careful coming here. It'll take some maturity to learn to balance school with social. Many freshman don't learn and they end up not being able to come back. There are good times to be had here but you must find the balance between school and good times.
