Strictly A College Town

Rating: 5/5 (66 ratings)
Introduction
Bloomington’s strictly a college town.

Bloomington’s totally based around the school. There’s not much to do except the school.

Really it’s just an excuse for people to party a week straight.

Campus Life and Social Life
The school is somewhat strict - it’s a very very dry campus here.

It’s much more of a bar scene school now because the Greek life is definitely going downhill. The dean’s so strict lately.

There is a very large Greek life at this school. The reason why I say it’s going downhill is so many frats are getting kicked off for having parties and alcohol.

Academics
The Kelly school of business is really a tough place to get into. So for a lot of people who don’t cut it you go to school of Public and Environmental Affairs. It’s just very competitive to get into it. It’s a tough program.

Student Body
There’s a crowd for everyone at this school. There’s something for everyone and you’ll find your place to fit in.

In Closing...
Study Abroad is pretty easy to do at this school.
