My School is Best - Havard of the South

Introduction
If you want to get Real World experience and a Great Education in something you are interested in... then you need to come to JU! JU has so many internships and most of them are paid - that means going out money!!! It makes life so much better when you can go to College get a Great education have a ton of fun and then have a sweet job lined up for when you graduate. When you are looking at schools look at internships. You want a school that helps to hook you up!

Campus Life and Social Life
Best thing on Campus would be our new Student Commons. It has a State-of-the-Art Fitness center that over looks our kick a#@ baseball field and Downtown. It also has a new restaurant that is like a Sports Grill with awesome food. Partying on campus is ok. Public Safety does a good job keeping things under control. But if you want to party there are a TON of places to go out. The Beach is 20 mins away and has some of the badest clubs and bars arround. Plus there are 3 huge clubs like 5 mins away. So if you want to party you can but if you want to chill you can do that too - we have the best of both worlds. Weekends - Most people chill at the beach. There are sand volleyball courts and a ton of people (chicks and dudes) just haning out sun tanning or playing frisbee, football etc. Plus UF and FSU are only like and hour or so away.. Academics
Classes here are cool, they are small. The average class size is like 18, which is good and bad. Good because you can get a ton of help and 1-1 attention form a professor and bad because you cant slack! lol. Teachers help hold you accountable which is good or bad, it depends on what type of person you are. We have a ton of different majors. Business, Marine Science, Aviation, Communnications, Nursing, and Fine Arts seem to be the most popular majors on campus. From what i know the departments are cool. You can be a business major and take electives in something crazy like glass blowing. How cool is that!?! There are a ton of areas to study. There are no TA's and the work load is challenging but totally doable. Lots of time to study and have fun!

Student Body
BEST campus or social life is the amount or number of things you can get involved with. We have somthing like 96 Student Run clubs and organizations here on campus. Which means there is always somthing going on. Worse thing is that there is never enough time to do everything...but either way its still pretty sweet. SPORTS we have the NFL, all of our teams are Division 1. So we play schools like Florida, Florida State, Texas A&M, and others. Plus J-Ville has a ton of other Big Time sporting events going on all the time. Like the ACC championships and Gator Bowl, pretty cool! And again the clubs are close to campus so if you do want to go out and have a good time you can but if you want to chill out thats a good option as well. Jacksonville is a sweet City with a lot to do.

In Closing...
JU is a sweet school that offers the Best of both worlds. We have the Big School oppertunities in a Small Private School atmosphere. You get to know your professors and classmates and have a good time while you are doing it. Again i think internships are really important and We, here at JU, have sooooooooooo many of them to offer. Students get their choice of then best. Good academics, small classes, ton of internships, have fun = Great Job when you graduate. Thats the formuls for success. Holla back y'all.
