Good Old Lehigh
IntroductionDefinitely visit first and make sure you feel like you fit in with the student body. The campus is by far the most beautiful I've ever seen, the academics are among the highest rated in the nation (College of Business and Economics just got ranked #18 in the country by Business Week), and the professors really care about the students. Don't come here if you're not willing to work for it. It is extremely challenging, but extremely rewarding.
Campus Life and Social LifePartying all the time... almost to a fault. I sometimes wonder how we are all so smart, yet binge drink and fry our brain cells 3 nights a week. Not all, but a good percentage. There are other things to do in South Bethlehem, not everybody here drinks. Tons of clubs, very high support for sports such as football and wrestling, our bread and butter! There are trips to NYC, Philly, amusement parks, haunted prisons, etc. Never boring!
AcademicsMost of the professors have their doctorate, if not all. TA's are usually good, but they are all willing to help you/other TAs students if you get a bad one. Professors always come to class, most take attendance to make sure you're working in the class. Workload is tough, there's definitely a ton of work. Of course, your major has a lot to do with this aspect... but it's a lot nonetheless.
Student BodyFrom NJ or Long Island, mostly. Very preppy, very wealthy. All beautiful cars. That's about it.
In Closing...I love Lehigh!!
