Introduction
I chose it because its a great school in Michigan, and its not the University of Michigan, where everyone is into that hipster scene or are borderline pretentious assholes...maybe that's just me.

Campus Life and Social Life
Best social environment in Michigan, Greek life is insane for guys because the sorority girls are beautiful and give free handouts if you supply the party with alcohol. Advertisement
Academics
Its what you make of it. If you have a dream, you can accomplish it at MSU, a great variety of majors with the second best study abroad program in the world provides students with any opportunity.

Student Body
Partying. Sports. Basketball riots at Cedar Village. Visit youtube.com and search for Cedar Fest 2008...enough said. Thursdays at Ricks or the Landshark, Wednesdays at Harper's Half Off are also best bets.

In Closing...
If you live in Michigan and have good grades and like to party, MSU is for you. UofM is a great school, but the parties there are lame as hell.
