the best school ever!

Introduction
I would definitely make the same choice. I grew up in Naples, Florida and my dad is a Penn State alumnus. When I came up to visit PSU while I was in high school, I fell in love. I knew this was the place for me. I didn't want to be at a small school. I'd say the best advice is to get involved. I'm in comradio (which we have an internet news show and other sports shows, talk shows, whatever you want) and the nittwits www.nittwits.com. we r the student sectio nfor the men's basketball team. everybody should definitely join to make friends fast!

Campus Life and Social Life
the partying isn't out of control. you have the decision to stay home or go out, u just have to make the choice yourself. people are always at sporting events because we have the best sports in the country. there is a club for everybody. if u can find 12 people, u can make a club and get it approved. anythign form harry potter, and athiests, to soccer lovers and whatever your heart desires. itz always a happening place...people leave, but there r always out of staters like me, or people that don't want to go home around Academics
i hate TAs for the most part. they usually think they r better than anyone else. i was in the art program and didn't like that bc i'm not an artsy person - changed my major to journalism and i love it. the college of communications is great and we have a lot of professors who have been in the real world with their job and know what they r talking about. very accessible. they give phone numbers, office hours, emails, anythign to help u

Student Body
omg i lvoe our student body. so much school spirit which is one of the reasons i wanted to come here. u walk around and everybody is wearing penn st ate clothes. other schools make fun of us for that, but itz the cool thing to do there. i look at profiles of my friends at other schools and there is nothing about their school in it. u look at profiles of psu students..the whole profile is about their major, football, sports, greek life... somethign or everything penn state. quotes from joepa. itz the best thing ever. typical students wears sweatpants to class....i dunno, all people r different
