Tough to Get In!
IntroductionI would say getting in is pretty difficult, I mean I had very good grades and like standardized tests and things like that I mean its pretty selective but I mean it’s attainable – you can get in if you put your mind to it. It’s just really a combination of everything you do, you’re activities your grades, they really want to see what you’re gonna bring to the environment to make the campus community better as a whole - anything you bring is probably for the good.
Campus Life and Social LifeIt’s kind of intense but it’s not as intense as other schools I mean people obviously focus on their work, that’s obviously a big part of what their here for but at the same time it very relaxed. A lot of people play varsity sports, you see people in gym everyday, people are just hanging out, relaxing there’s definitely a big downside – I don’t mean downside as negative – I mean there are definitely kids who are just hanging around having a good time.
AcademicsThere are certainly some people at every Ivy League school that are going to pop their collars, be a little snooty, but teat definitely doesn’t represent the community as a whole. At every league school those type of people exist I mean I think Princeton’s pretty laid back and you definitely have normal individuals around here.
Student BodyThis place is localized like within a relatively suburban community – it’s only an hour away from New York and Philadelphia, but at the same time its localized within its own community and you can basically just walk around and it’s just a better feel I think.
