SDSU

Introduction
I chose this school simply because of the weather and I get free housing. The people kind of suck here. You should come to SDSU if you want to be in a sorority or fraternity b/c most people seem to be in one. You shouldn't come here if you're smart; go to UCSD or something.

Campus Life and Social Life
SDSU definitely lives up to the party school rep. The frat parties are, well, frat parties. If you like to be hammered a lot this is the place of you, or maybe not because it's rumored that they are going to crack down even more on frat and sorority parties. There are a ton of clubs on campus, something for everyone if you're into that sort of thing. There is always live music on Thursdays at Aztec Center and that's pretty cool. Also, there's a bar on campus just in case you can't make it. Advertisement
Academics
As with many universities, there are some great teachers here and there are some idiots. Most majors here are really impacted and it's somewhat overcrowded here so good luck getting classes your soph and jr year. The workload is not bad, depending on the major. If you think it's horrible then maybe you should check out the work UC students do.

Student Body
Typical student is what I like to call LA trash...not necessarily meaning that they are from LA but most people look like they are. Think about highschool only much bigger and that's what college is like; same drama, same groups of people for the most part. The difference is you can get away from it easier. A ton of people from your highschool are probably going to apply to SDSU to and you'll end up seeing them once in a while on campus.

In Closing...
Most people would probably like SDSU I guess. Beware if you're from NorCal comming to SoCal, there is quite the fued about which is better. NorCal is definitely better in terms of the people, but that's just my oppinion.
