Introduction
I'm pretty sure that this school will become mostly "homie" within the next 5 years. If you dislike rap, I'd strongly suggest that you stay away from Seton Hall. i guess if you like the city (New York) you'd enjoy yourself on weekends since the train is right down the street. seton hall is full of "city kids" or people who one day want to move into the city to become "city people." if you like trees and nature, seton hall would not be your best choice.

Campus Life and Social Life
Parties go on all the time, but you kinda have to look for them. the parties that go on are mostly off campus like any other college, but occasionally there are some in the dorms (which 90 percent of the time get busted). yeah, security is RIDICULOUS here at the hall. you have to swipe in AND walk through full size jail turnstiles. yes, you pay over 30 grand a year for jail room dorms. We have school spirit... at least until we didn't make it to the big east. seton hall is a suitcase school. most of the white Jersey kids go home on the weekend.

Academics
They're alright. it depends on your major, i guess. like, the bio and science majors have a ridiculous workload; my roommate is Always studying while i'm playing the Wii or something. undeclared students have it easy. if you schedule your classes right you can sleep til noon and take two classes a day, end at around 5, and not have classes on friday. oh, and it's also fairly easy to get a 4.0 here since most professors use the 10-point scale.

Student Body
my high school had better looking girls...i thought that college was supposed to have a million gorgeous girls. what the hell, Hollywood?

In Closing...
I'm transferring.
