Introduction
I love Towson. I am from new York and coming to Towson was a huge adjustment but its a great school. The nursing program is very challenging, bu there are many other programs here that accept many students. I love the diversity, the school spirit, the dorm rooms. The campus is the perfect size and has the friendliest people ever. There is always something to do and the food ins't bad either. Trust me you will definitely like it at Towson

Campus Life and Social Life
There are so many sports teams and clubs here. there is a marching band and a champion dance team. football players and basketball players train all year almost but the get a lot of support at games. there is so much school spirit here. partying is also fun. We do tigerfest where a band comes and plays and we all get really drunk. last year we had the roots and the year before that dashboard confessional came. Also Thursday- Sunday kids are always throwing parties and having a lot of fun. sororities and fraternities are pretty big on campus too. we don't have frat or sorority houses but they still get very involved with the school and its a great way to meet new people Advertisement
Academics
Like I said the nursing program is very hard to get into, but most students are involved with education or the business programs. They offer a lot of different majors. most of my professors have been pretty good. i could not complain about any of them. Also the work load is a lot at times but can not be so much. it depends on the teacher, the class and your major

Student Body
also on weekends Sundays usually seem the day for students to catch up on work. also going downtown to Baltimore is a lot of fun when the weather is nice.
