Amazing
IntroductionTufts is awesome. It has a great reputation as a "new ivy" and is defiantly on the rise. Tufts has amazing food (on and off campus...there are waffle irons, pannini makers tons of vegetarian options etc and off campus try the Joshua Tree, The Blueshirt Cafe, and Tastys), dominos delivers until 3am, it has a great location...close to the city but still with a nice campus, great and easy housing, and is environmentally and internationally conscious.
Campus Life and Social LifeThe social life is amazing. There is a huge variety of people and therefore a huge range of activities to do on weekends...clubs, going into boston, partying, etc. The party scene is great...Its easy to find a party if you want one...I have absolutely never been disappointed. There are a ton of great clubs to join and lots of fun traditions like the naked quad run, which is school sponsored mass streaking in January before exams, and painting the cannon.
AcademicsClasses are hard but the professors are great and always available and willing to help out. Don’t expect to find too many “easy a” classes and do expect to pull some late nights but it’s nothing suicidal. Everyone is also pretty willing to work in groups and help each other out. If you need help, just look for it and you will find it. I have never had a class taught by a TA and the classes tend to be pretty small (except for like intro to bio which was small compared to a state school anyways).
Student BodyThe people are great. There is a huge variety of people and something for everyone. Everyone here is really well balanced...they work hard but they also party hard.
In Closing...TUFTS ROCKS!!!!!!
