Sorry Girls
IntroductionIf you're a guy, or girl, looking for hot ladies, this isn't the place for you. However, if you're looking for tough academics to challenge you, then Tufts is perfect. Tufts is tough.
I chose Tufts because of its academic repuation and for sports. I didn't want to play D1, and the NESCAC was perfect for that since they don't have mandatory off-season practices. You are here as a student first, then an athlete.
Campus Life and Social LifeThe frats here are great. There are frat parties every Saturday night, and house parties on Fridays. Bar nights are on Tuesday and Thursday. Sports are fun to watch here, but usually only the teams that are ranked nationally. We have a wide range of club teams, and you can start one here if you would like. It's not hard, and a lot of people end up doing that.

AcademicsTufts is very hard. The history department gives about 150 pages of reading per week. Economics isn't great here because the classes are so large and all the tests are multiple choise.
IR is very tough and the requirements are hard to meet at times (8 semesters of language).
Poly Sci is also very hard, but you'll come out with a great degree.
I'm taking Latin as my language, and it is pretty easy.
The Engineering program here is very challenging, but I'm guessing it is at most colleges.
Student BodyWe have a fair amount of "nerds." All of the athletes seem to party a lot though.
In Closing...Come to Tufts if you want a challenge academically or want to play a sport without the hastle of 6am lifts in the off-season.
