IntroductionSome of the classes have been very interesting. There are a lot of different options. This is actually the first year that I kind of feel like I know my professors more on a personal level. I don’t know if it was just I was intimidated before, but all my English professors I’m pretty close— I can go seek outside help. They make themselves available and offer good advice.
Campus Life and Social LifeI think a lot of good journalism opportunities. Like they have the Tufts Daily, which is a daily newspaper, which is incredible considering it’s a medium-sized school. I did have a couple of internships through Tufts. I found out about them through the head of the Communications department here.
I chose not to study abroad because I had transferred here my sophomore year so as it was I had a hard time picking up more classes and fulfilling the requirements

AcademicsThere are definitely sports that everyone comes out to see and in the Spring and in the Fall you’ll always see people at like field hockey games and soccer games and then in the Spring, baseball and Lacrosse. So I think there is pretty good sports. There is definitely a lot of pride for the people who play sports.
I think it is more expensive living out of campus because all of sudden you’re grocery shopping, you got utilities, and rent’s pretty steep in these areas.
Student BodyI love the people here. I think everyone’s so nice and the teachers are so great, so helpful and it’s a real community. It’s a small enough school so you can almost recognize your classmates and recognize people when you walk across the campus and I really like that. I just think there’s a small feel to it and I think that’s really important in a college.
In Closing...I think that sometimes Tufts is a little bit too diverse like it almost becomes segregated it’s so diverse because there’s a different club for everyone, there’s a different house for people to live in and it kind of unintentionally segregates things.
