Introduction
Because of the ethnic diversity, bigots and biased people should stay away from this school. However, the rich environment provides great room for growth, both educationally and personally. Anything from electronical engineers to studio art majors all have great programs teaching them.

Campus Life and Social Life
To be quite frank, the school life is not all that exciting. Located in the city of Irvine, it is mostly a quiet safe neighborhood. Parties due occur frequently, but aren't as wild as one would imagine them to be. The greek life here is extremely diverse providing a chance for students to experience another aspect of college. Academics
The school has an excellent ranking in the top universities of the nation. Certain departments, however, are much better than others. For example, I would recommend criminology over a studio art major (although its very very easy). The professors are great, with certain exceptions. I imagine TA's all over are the same, so grading them wouldn't really be necessary.

Student Body
A great portion of the student body is Asian American and Cauasian. However, there are people from all over the United States, and other parts of the world. Most people at UCI are very friendly, or at least polite.

In Closing...
University of California Irvine is a great school and worth heavy consideration when the time comes for picking out a college.
