Rockin My Socks...

Introduction
The one thing I will start by saying about the University of Central Florida: if you don't like the weather, don't worry because it'll change twice by the end of the day. My dorm has a full size bed, a dishwasher, and a garbage disposal. My Major and Minor attract students from all over the country. My Department (which contains my major and minor) has grown and expanded and it's not alone: UCF is the 2nd largest school in the State and is about to take the lead...wanna be a part of the party?

Campus Life and Social Life
UCF is known as the drinking school with the Football problem. With our 7-year losing streak finally broken, we can only get more social. I'm talking about bars, clubs and some of the most popular places to chill across the street...what can be better? We've got great Gay Clubs with great shows and clubs all over town... Academics
What department isn't great here? With some of the most highly qualified faculty that constantly challenge themselves, one another and the student body, whywould you choose someplace else> The workload (at least in my major and minor) is neverending, but that's also because in Musical Theatre and Dance your body is your instrument...and I happen to be a workaholic.

Student Body
The typical student here wears jeans, a tee-shirt and sunglasses and carries an ipod and backpack. Generally, we all look fabulous and are brilliant in our major. So there.

In Closing...
One word of caution: parking is a bitch. It takes 20 minutes to fight for a spot. But they are building 2 new garages. Along with 2 more 7-story dorm buildings, a new Medical School, a New Theatre and soon a Dance Major (and btw, we have people just trying to audition for the Dance Major and BFA or MFA in Musical Theatre or Acting Performance from all over the country. We are competing with the top schools in the nation...). This place ROCKS.
