Introduction
Don't come here unless this is the only four year college you can get into. You would really be better off at a community college.

Campus Life and Social Life
There are only a few catagories of people here:
1. Greeks: Kids that didn't get tired of high school drama. They act elitist when in fact they are at the worst college in Florida. They go to bad night clubs and skip classes all the time.
2. Adults: Many students at UNF are locals who are not even college age students. Most of them are either retired military or average Joes that are racking up credits at night. These people aren't part of the none academica campus scene.
3.Everybody else: There isn't much else to UNF. Everyone else just goes to school, works, and everyday is really the same.

Athletics here are the worst!
1.They are division I, but that doesn't mean anything. All of their sports are the lowest ranked teams in the country.

Academics
Every department sucks. There are a few good professors in each, but that's it.

Business majors at UNF are stuck up and think their smarter than you.

Communications majors are just retarded.

Political science majors think they know everything.

Anybody in the college of health and sciences is bad news. These people are the most judgmental egotistical people ever.

The people in the nursing school act like they are rocket scientists because they got into the nursing school.

Student Body
The parties that I went to in my two years there were lame as all hell. All the good looking people are in greek life and they aren't very nice people that invite others to their parties.

There are a lot of hippies at this school. They sit around outside, smelling bad, and playing guitar. The hippes are ugly. Almost all of them smoke, smoking is big at this school.

Sports, good luck. The worst division I teams are all here. There is no football. In Florida a school without a football team is school with no spirit.

In Closing...
The campus is really pretty though. It is on a nature preserve and there is a lot of wild life. The campus is 20 minutes from the beach, so if you like ocean sports than maybe this school is for you.

Just keep in mind that nobody outside of Florida knows what UNF is and a degree from this school is not prestigous.

Try to get into the most prestigious school now, don't put it off until graduate school. If you go to UNF, you might not ever get into graduate school.
