Great Journalism School!

Rating: 1.1/5 (83 ratings)
Introduction
I chose this school because I grew up only a half an hour away from it and they have a very good journalism school. Eugene is also a great place to live.

Campus Life and Social Life
If you like partying this is a good place to come. You can find a party on any night of the week and every weekend, plus there are a million bars in downtown and concerts are fun too.

Academics
I hear the school of education is like third in the nation and the school of journalism is like fifth in the nation, but I see a lot of law majors, architect majors and science majors too.

Student Body
The typical student is poor, has lots of school spirit, and studies occasionally. Usually from Oregon and into anything fun. Snowboarding is only an hour or two away, the beach is an hour or two in the other direction, hiking, fishing skateboarding, and anything else you can think of it's here.

In Closing...
There are a lot of straight laced individuals here but you are on the other end of the spectrum there are a lot of hippies too and everything in between.
