You should definitely not come to Richmond if you aren't preppy.

Campus Life and Social Life
You're pretty much completely confined to on campus activities - like at the apartments or the lodges when they're open. If you have a car, you can go other places, but unless your idea of a Friday night is shopping at Ukrop's, there's really no where to go. Theme parties are very uncommon, it's pretty much just beer pong. Advertisement
Academics
The professors are completely anal and the workload is actually ridiculous. My roommates and I would be working solid from 7 pm to 4 am.

Student Body
Definately preppy and rich, a lot of people were waitlisted, a TON of Jersey kids. It's all the stereotypical college music, DMB, John Mayer, etc. etc. Call On Me is like a UR theme song. They're pretty academically focused and uptight.

In Closing...
The administration treats the students absolutely horribly.
