UT ROCKS!

Introduction
UT is amazing if you love sports and want a college with an awesome social life and education. If you want to come here, you should love the idea of meeting hundreds of new people, because you will. UT offers every course you could possibly want to take and Austin is the coolest city in the world. If you even remotely think you might want to go here, visit and you will fall in love with the city and campus in a heartbeat.

Campus Life and Social Life
Then sports are AMAZING. There's nothing like seeing 90.000 people fill up the stadium for Football, all clad in burnt orange, all holding up the hook 'em horns sign. It's awesome. And there is great night life on 6th street, including live music in hundreds of places around Austin. It's great because if you want to party, there are a ton of opportunities every night of the week, but if you don't, there are still other social opportunities everywhere. Academics
The professors here are great. Many are at the top of their professions and really keep your attention in class and work to make it interesting. Some classes are taught by grad students, who are not always the best, but the amazing professors really make up for the bad. Science is kind of hard, but I'm a Communications student and I love my Communications classes.

Student Body
At UT, there is no "typical" student. There are thousands of students from Texas, out of state, and out of the country. Its great to have so many cultural backgrounds because you really get to experience different lifestyles and viewpoints from your own.
