Work and Play

Rating: 5/5 (98 ratings)
Introduction
Everyone has mopeds – even just in the four years there have been so many more like and so much bigger and they can go really fast its just convenience issue especially if you’re in a major where you live very far from where you classes are.

Campus Life and Social Life
Everyone here like to go out – everyone here is smart and works hard and alternately they play hard. You know the bar scene is huge for 21 and up and younger sometimes – but the party scene not in bars like house party’s – it’s a little different it seems like house parties are more of like you do it when you’re younger freshman and sophomore you know you don’t have to have an ID its cheap, it easy, it’s a ton of people – I prefer to go to a bar. There’s a 1000 bars, you can find any type of crowd, any type of drink any type of atmosphere you want.

Academics
None of professors from a general lecture class Freshman or sophomore year would know who I was and I’m not even sure if I know who they are but my TA’s I established a good relationship with a couple of them and now their writing letters of recommendation for me before I graduate but some of my professors now that I’m completing my major and they’ve taught a couple of classes for me I’m on a personally basis with them.

Student Body
People who get the rowdiest are definitely boys when their super drunk and – not any type of like violent rowdy I’ve ever seen – just more like yelling for no reason like jumping up and down pushing each other in a friendly kind of way.

In Closing...
I think being part of a sorority is one of the best things that I’ve done here in my 4 years – it was a really great way to meet people and to meet a diverse population of people as well as making a huge University a lot smaller and me personally I was able to gain a lot of leadership experience form my sorority as well as just meeting people being able to do a lot of different activities that other students weren’t able to participate in.
