WSU is the place to be.
IntroductionI have always wanted to go to WSU. I went to a community college for 2 years and then I transferred here. It was the best decision of my life. If big school life scares you, I would choose WSU. It is just big enough to feel like you are important, and is just small enough to make you feel like you belong. It is good for people from big cities and from small farm communities. I guess stay away from WSU if you don't like nice people and a great atmosphere.
Campus Life and Social LifeThere is really nothing bad I can say about WSU. You can fit it whether you are a jock, prep, nerd, or any other stereotype. Every weekend night you can walk down any street and find a good time. Every night you can find something to do. There are tons of sports you can get involved in, as well as clubs. The student Rec center is awesome, the best fitness center I have ever been to. There is so much school spirit here that in game nights people are insanely nice... if you are a Coug you can get in anywhere. The frats and sororities aren't like other schools either, they are all cool.

AcademicsWSU has the best communication school in the nation. We are definitely world class, face to face. There are so many people here that want to help you succeed. No matter what field you want to go into you, you will love it here. Even if you are undecided, there are lots of people here that will help you decide the best path to take.
Student BodyThe student body as a whole is very friendly. I have met tons of people from different states. Most are from Washington though. Pretty much every WSU student has a common bond. We are all stuck in Pullman and we all want to make it the time of our lives. Everyone wants to have a good time. No matter what you are into, you will find people that are into it just as much as you are.
In Closing...WSU is the best choice for people that are not sure about college. It will clear all your fears within the first month. There is no where in the state to get this good of an education as well as making lifelong connections with people that will remember you forever.
