WMU..Eh, it's ok
IntroductionPick WMU, if you want to be able to have a car as a freshman and not be required to live in a dorm. Basically that is a huge draw for WMU. The Health and Human Service College, Engineering and Business Colleges are also a plus. It's not very studious of a univeristy; the library is hardly ever open. I chose WMU because I'm from the area and it was a last minute decision to go here, and sometimes I wish I went somewhere else to be honest.
Campus Life and Social LifeNo one goes to the Varsity athletics. Club sports are sort of big. Parties are the biggest thing.

AcademicsMost TAs don't speak English. I've had some good and some bad professors...all in all the workload isn't that much.
Student BodyChicago, Detriot area...into their Greek Life and designer clothes...and partying of course.
In Closing...I know it sounds like I hate WMU, but I really don't. There is just a different mind set here. A main factor in this college being so different than so MSU, is that you can have a car. So people don't interact as much because people commute, or drive 0.4 miles to go to class...to fight over limited parking. I went here so I could go to the Health College, work at the hospital and still be 15 minutes away from home.
