NOTE ABOUT THE DVD: It's out of stock, but you can pre-order it. HOWEVER, of the 2500 copies we had pressed, over 1600 of those are already sold as pre-orders. That leaves less than 900 copies available for purchase. When those are gone, they're gone. I'm not pressing more, because I don't want to have to store them if they don't sell! Embed this video
