If you can get into an Ivy League school, go there instead. It feels as though everyone is simply here because they were rejected from their first choice, which tends to be pretty obnoxious to listen to for weeks on end.

I think that in one word Emory is PERFECT! It is not too big, but definitely not too small. You can walk around campus and see so many familiar faces, but still meet new people every day. It has a beautiful campus and at the same time minutes from downtown Atlanta. Emory has a great academic reputation and is challenging, but at the same time it is very easy to balance academics with a social life. Also, it is in the south, and you cannot beat the weather! Emory: It doesn't get any better than Emory
If I had to do it all again, I would definitely make the same choice. The biggest piece of advice I can give to a prospective student is: visit! Brochures, statistics, and guidebooks only give you half the story. Once I visited Emory, I knew I was going to enroll.
