College Overview: JMU - James Madison

JMU - James Madison: The bubble I call heaven
I chose this school based on the feeling I got on the tour. I was accepted into all my schools and half of them were rated higher than JMU. However once I stepped foot on campus I knew this was the school for me. NO REGRETS! So my advice is definitely check out all the schools you are looking at and go with your gut.

I'll be honest, I had a tough time choosing between JMU and Virginia Tech, and my deciding factor was that JMU has a Nursing Program and Tech does not. My advice to those considering JMU would be to buckle up because you're in for a joyride! You can definitely tell that the people here (including myself) have a lot of pride for this school. You can catch a lot of us with JMU apparel showing our school spirit. When I applied to JMU, it was actually my third choice.
