NYU: Be Careful
Be careful!!! The school is extremely impersonal. You are often treated like a number and you have to fight against every other student. The school is EXPENSIVE, and financial aid is minimal. The school wastes money by buying biodegradable take-out containers for the dining halls that leak instead of giving it to students who need it. Also a lot of the money students pay goes to paying for student activities that are ridiculous. They rented a $36K yacht for a night for student program as opposed...

NYU: NYU = the shiz... kinda.
Let's face it - NYU is huge. There is no proper campus, it's just smack in the middle of a city, and that's your "campus" right there. If you're the kind of person who doesn't like being in the hustle and bustle of the city on a daily basis, NYU isn't for you - even from your dorm room you can hear the sounds of fire trucks and ambulances and police cars going by outside.
