SLU: Great College Experience
I grew up in a neighboring state and chose SLU because of its beautiful campus, responsive administration, great faculty and friendly, genuine, down to earth students. I was admitted to several higher-ranked schools (some with larger scholarships), but nowhere did I find the same quality of people. To this day, I am incredibly happy with my choice.

SLU: Involved Student Perspective
I chose SLU mainly because of its urban environment, it's right in Midtown St Louis, not outside of the city like many other schools that claim to be in the city. It has a great environment, because the campus is almost like a fenced in paradise of green grass, flowers, statues, and fountains, but once you step off campus, you're right in the city. SLU: SLU: Sorely Lacking University
When considering which university you should attend, ALWAYS consider the fact that you have many, many options at your fingertips. Don't limit yourself to one or two college applications. Apply for scores of different schools with different specialties so that you have a diverse set of avenues that you can choose from as opposed to being stuck in one place.
