at first i was intimidated because it seemed really big---but it gets small fast!!! the size of the school is perfect... you can also challenge yourself as much as you want--you can get by with all easy classes if you want, or wicked hard ones..

You should definitely take a tour before coming here. If you think the campus looks like it does in the brochures, you're wrong. If you can get past the fact that the campus is in the middle of the ghetto and find your niche of people, you'll survive and have a blast here. Syracuse University: What Syracuse is really like
Syracuse has a mix of all different people, rich and snobby, down to earth, academically oriented, slackers and over-achievers. Everyone seems to find people like them and enjoy their time here. I choose Syracuse because it was a great combination of academics and campus life. If you don't like to go out and be social you will not like it here most likely.
