Most high school students I have spoken with have had a problem with the size of the school. This probably stems from Iowa having so many small towns and the students feel like they won't be able to handle the transition. University of Iowa: Not that big...
Its' not as big as it seems, I think there is something on campus or people on campus that would suit almost anybody. So there's not any particular type of person that should stay away. I came from a town of 800 to a student body of 30,000 and I love it.
